In this document, "Platform" refers to the jkj92 website and all services provided on it. "Player" or "Member" refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account. "We" or "jkj92" refers to the operator of this platform, which operates under international licensing.

"Account Balance" means the total cash amount in your account excluding any bonus still subject to wagering. "Bonus" refers to any additional value credited to a player's account based on an active promotion or offer.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at jkj92. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated without prior notice.

• Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents who meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current.
• jkj92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identification card or MyKad at any time.
• Accounts whose holder's identity cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is complete.
• Use of the platform by officers or employees of companies associated with jkj92 is subject to a separate internal policy.

jkj92 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close any account without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of fraudulent activity or misuse.

All deposit transactions at jkj92 are processed through approved payment methods. The minimum deposit per transaction is as follows:

All deposits must originate from an account or digital wallet registered in the player's own name. jkj92 does not accept deposits from third parties. If detected, the deposit will be returned and the account will be reviewed.

All transactions are processed with SSL encryption to protect your financial information. jkj92 does not store players' full banking details on our servers.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to an account that has been verified in the player's name.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and do not count as withdrawable cash balance.
• jkj92 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity will be held pending an investigation.

jkj92 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per new player.
• Any attempt to coordinate multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly is a violation of these terms.
• jkj92 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice if misuse is detected.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, referral bonuses and special event promotions each have their own terms that will be stated separately.

jkj92 operates a four-tier VIP programme that provides weekly cashback benefits to active members. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a player's gaming activity over a given period.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback is credited automatically to the player's account according to a set schedule. Any enquiries regarding the VIP programme may be directed to the jkj92 customer support team.

All players are expected to use the jkj92 platform responsibly and to comply with all rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the jkj92 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions currently in force.

jkj92 in turn reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There are signs of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• The account holder's identity cannot be verified within the specified period.
• Required to do so by a legal authority or relevant regulatory body.
• There is suspicious activity or activity that conflicts with our anti-money laundering policy.

jkj92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this document is always available on the jkj92 website and will show the date of the most recent amendment.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is made is considered acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
